Advocate Had No Authority, Brother of Siya Goyal Claims, Accuses of Threats and Lies

A dramatic twist has shaken the high-profile murder probe into Ketan Agarwal. Sahil Goyal, the brother of the prime accused Siya Goyal, has come out and claimed that the family never hired advocate Aashutosh Srivastava to represent them.

“He or any member of his family has not authorised Srivastava to represent them legally or to make any statement on their behalf,” Sahil said very clearly.

Accusations of Threats and “Deceit”

The family is cutting all ties with the lawyer and has grave concerns about his involvement in the case.

Sahil has accused Srivastava of intimidating the family instead of offering them assistance.

Suspected Deceit: Among the claims Sahil made was a particularly startling one: that the lawyer may have duped Siya Goyal into signing legal documents. He didn’t say how or when, but it adds a whole new layer of drama to an already messy case.

Srivastava has not officially responded to the serious charges.
