Major Setback for Aspirants: JSSC-CGL Exam Cancelled Amid Recruitment Controversy

The Jharkhand government has taken a major decision amid weeks of protests by job aspirants over alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations. Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced on August 17 that the state Cabinet had decided to cancel the JSSC-CGL examination along with all examinations conducted by outsourcing agency TSR Data Processing Private Limited (TDPL) since 2014.

JSSC-CGL Cancellation Brings Relief to Protesters

The cancellation of the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC-CGL) examination was one of the central demands of protesting students. Aspirants had raised concerns over alleged irregularities and demanded greater transparency in the recruitment process.
