Madhavan had told Vedaant to keep his finger on the pulse of the cook's salary to know the financial realities of the family. It’s not to put anybody’s job down. It’s just to let my son know that people work hard every day to make a living.” The actor wanted Vedaant to know that every job is honourable and that money earned with hard work and perseverance.
